KMH Supply Company has been specializing in all of your cutting needs since 1986. We have been family owned and operated since our inception in 1986 by Bill and Diane Hughes. We are an AMADA band saw blade weld-center with the capability of quick turn around on blade orders while still insuring quality.
Everyday we begin by cutting simple pieces of any tooth type, width, and thickness of the band saw blades.
From there, the sample pieces are taken to the welders to make sure the annealing and heat treat are done correctly and the heat is evenly distributed.
Once that is complete, each piece is ground from the backing of the blade to the gullet. We do this to make sure the back edge of the blade is straight and to eliminate any offset.
After all of these steps are completed, our process of welding blades begins. This process is repeated daily multiple times a day to ensure we are sending out quality products.
